I love this product. It was recommended by my pastor. There are several different products from the Navigators but I have really enjoyed the Life Issues because it is very applicable to problems in every day life. It has a section on anger, a section on depression, perfectionism, knowing God's will, and a host of current topics that are helpful. The memory cards are great and you can choose from one of the 6 translations that you want to memorize. The memory cards are from the KJV, NASB, NIV, NKJV, ESV and the NLT. They come with a small plastic carrier that holds several cards and it has a clear pocket on the outside of the carrier for the scripture that you are working on that day. It is easy to pull out and review. I highly recommend it.

Deceptive advertising--this package is usually sold as an "all inclusive"--there are books and memory cards sold as a unit--this contains only the book rendering it essentially useless--description should have read "book only"--purchased at a higher price from a reputable dealer and it contained both

It has great pointers and alot of support in many different ways as to how to to about memorizing verses. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 star is because it doesn't really give you a systematic and guiding approach as to how to memorize scripture, it just kind if gives you the tools (great tools) and sends you on your way to memorize them. I'm the kind of person who really needs to be guided systematically when learning something. For example, if it had like a weekly plan to have you read and sat about the verse 7 times a day, then a brief quiz at the end of the week to follow up, that would if been great. I was expecting something more along the lines of that.

Just what I needed, a tool to help get the WORD in me. There are several translations of verses, so I selected one that I was unfamiliar with to force me to meditate on each word which not only makes it come alive to me more but helps me internalize it better than memorizing in a version I already know. The devotionals have been insightful and on target with helping to dig deeper in reflecting on common life issues. Probably one of the best amazon purchase I've made.

I really like this product, except that it is a little card to get the cards out of the perforated pages.

Great card system to help you memorize scripture.

Bought this after using the firsst pubkished topical memory system, what a blessing. I will be using this to then memorize the "Fighter Versus" from John Piper's Desiring God ministries.

There are lots of these kinds of Bible memory systems. I thought this one was clear, easy and useful. Well thought out. Worth a try.

This is a great book for those of you who have to teach physics in an environment with little if any lab and teaching demo equipment and a limited budget.

Bought a lot of Physics books....this one is good, especially for sparking new lab ideas.

When I saw the title of the book, I thought it would be a good aid for me in my highschool physics teachings. Some of the demos are not explained in detail, and it is hard to find (at least for me)some materials that are listed by the author for the demo. However, the ideas have been serving as the starting points for me, after some modifications (and spending a few minutes to understand the setting) I could use them in my class. Alright, it is not a tough job, even may be helpfull, but be aware of the fact that you might find some demos hard to implement.

This is definetely the best Ehrlich book I've read. The demos are great because he puts alot of thought into making them classroom friendly (there's alot using overhead projectors)and detailed. Most of the details should only be used with high school level and up, but most of the experiments are good anyways. He uses sound, detailed physics - not the vague or sometimes incorrect explanations you find in the lower budget books. There's also a great organization scheme that makes everything easy to find and indicates which experiments are appropriate for certain situations.

I wouldn't have read this had it not been for school, but actually now that I have read it, I suggest anyone - for school or not - should check this book out. Very interesting information, lots of "oh my gosh, yes that's why I'm like that/they're like that!!!" Very insightful, as well as just being an easy read.

I don't know if it is kindle format or if it is the file but it took 3 days of downloading unsuccessfully for me to request a refund. Missed the deadline for my first assignment and have to find another option. I'm sticking to vital source for my textbook needs from now on. No thanks Amazon.
